Being a "star" in Russia since 1989, the young singer began her international career by making her debut at the Salzburg Summer Festival to where she was invited by Herbert von Karajan, Kazarnovskaya performed "Requiem" by Verdi under the direction of Riccardo Muti. This performance marked the beginning of her meteoric career, which later led her to opera houses such as the Covent Garden, Metropolitan Opera, Lyrik Chicago, Teatro Colon, Wiener Staatsoper, San Francisco Opera, La Scala. In 1996, Luybov Kazarnovskaya with great success took part in the European premiere of Prokofiev's "The Gambler" at La Scala theater scene, and in February 1997 she triumphantly sang in the opera Salome by Richard Strauss in the Roman theater of Santa Cecilia. All leading opera masters of our time love working with her. Among them Klaiber, Levine, Muti, Thielemann, Barenboim, Temirkanov, Svetlanov, Taymor, Egoyan, Zeffirelli and others. Her repertoire includes over 50 operatic roles, and a huge repertoire of chamber music.

L.Kazarnovskaya is considered one of the best performers on the world opera stage for such parties, as Tatiana, Salome, Tosca, Manon Lescaut, Leonora,("The Force of Destiny", "Il Trovatore"), Amelia ( "Masquerade"). L. Kazarnovskaya has an active concert schedule, performing recitals at all the major concert halls of the world and Russia. In 2002, she was included in the Hall of Fame of outstanding musicians of the XX century (IBC, Cambridge Great Britain).
