The Festival organizers reserve the right to use the provided data about the participant including photos in promotional materials and printed materials directly related to the Festival.

The decision of the jury could not be challenged by me in any court including the Court of Human Rights.

I'm not going to demand a refund if for whatever reason including force majeure or a serious illness that entailing a refusal to participate in master-classes or competition.

I undertake to come at the specified time for the lottery that will be sent to me at the email address I have provided while filling out the application form.

Organizing Committee has the right to deny my participation without giving reasons and notify me no later than 1 month before the event respectively returning me money.
